  February 11, 2013 - More structured and strong than the first showing, it offers a nicely integrated Pegau touch as compared to the 2009 I had two weeks ago, and is more expressive and even more structured than the other two bottling. The acidity is really well integrated. There are some ~dark forces~ in this wine as it’s obscure and mysterious. Added acidity might have help this wine evolving so beautifully! It’s still young and vigorous, great indeed!
