January 12, 2013 - David White comes to town (Domaine Wine Storage and Sun-Wah BBQ, Chicago IL): Nose: This actually has a nice maturity to it with tones of pain grille, lemon curds, creams, pears, white fruits, and a bit of sea breeze to retain some freshness.

Taste: Full bodied with nice medium acidity and premier cru level depth. There are well balanced tones of pain grille, sea breeze, lemon curds, and some creams with a touch of white fruits.

Overall: Thank god this wasn't premox'd. With Sauzet that's always a worry. Thankfully this was also a very nice and mature bottle that was drinking beautifully.
