  March 1, 2013 - Very bright yellow, young looking......still quite fresh and elegant with tiny crisp bubbles...pear and apple fruit, lemon meringue mousse, nice yeasty toast with a little ginger butter on it...chalky minerals as well. Really fresh tasting and a pleasure to drink!
