  March 14, 2013 - Light yellow. In the nose much warmer and more open than Le Haut Lieu sec 2011. Almost obese in its full-bodiedness with its ripe-fruity notes of Quince and Apple. On the palate, it has very present acidity, more noticable residual sweetness than the other two sec wines from 2011. Very friendly, may be opened already now.
