  On the nose there are light notes of yeast, pastry dough, lemon and a bit of caramel.
  On the palate the light yeasty dough flavors continue, nice contrast with the sharp citrus and apple notes, good crisp acidity and nutty finish.
  Keep cold, if warmed (sitting in glass to long, not cold enough) a bitter note develops on finish.
