  March 25, 2013 - Don't drink this now! I think this wine needs another year or two. It was very good, but a little muted in total flavor/texture. Definitely was better the second day after getting some air though. Honestly, I'm not sure it was worth what I paid and probably will hold off for a while. If you like Behrens, get their Petite Syrah. It's the Bomb!
