  March 31, 2013 - Popped and poured. Mild aromas of apricot spritz. Full flavors of apricot and orange peel, Minerals, spritz and lemon dominate the finish. There is slight sweetness on the front end but the finish is bone dry. Evolving and complex flavors, good structure, bracing acidity. Those who are not tolerant of acidity or umami should avoid.
  
  Obscure appelation, small producer, and an importer I never heard of, but this is great stuff. Thanks to my local store for pointing me to it.
