  April 12, 2013 - Really zesty, electric aromas. Lots of sweet minerality present. The palate is very creamy and lush; amazing body, showing a texture of whip cream but flavors of sharp minerality. Mildly cutting and slightly metallic. Some pear and hugely acidic minerals on the finish. Nice flavors, and really prickly on the tongue afterwards.
