  May 7, 2013 - Very rich on the palate, more so than the Jouissance. Holds the same soft supple style. Apperently Coombville soil is very distinctive -- its all ash. Which changes the structure of the wine quite a bit. As it ages it gets more and more minerality to it I am being told. Tasting great.
