  June 23, 2013 - Initially found this to be a sweet, vanilla oak bomb with little fruit influence, so I stoppered it, put it back in the fridge and tried again the next day where it did a complete 180. Deep goldenrod appearance. Toasty, buttery tropical aromas. Full bodied, thick, sweet palate full of ripe tropical fruit, hard candy, and bright acidity. The oak influence was still there on day 2, but a day of air allowed the fruit to come to the fore. What a difference a day makes.
