  July 14, 2013 - The '11 seems to be rounder and fatter than the '10. Which worked very nicely with the pork tenderloin smothered in peach/cherry preserves and perfectly with a caeser salad. Ripe tropical fruit, stone fruit, chalk, citrus, and florals. Chilled up a bit from cellar temp. Tart, round, and full on the palate.
