  September 10, 2013 - Decanted for 1.5 hours and served with smoked pork spare ribs. Black cherry, raspberry, violets & touch of meat on nose. On palate, medium+ body, high acidity and black raspberry, black cherry. Very bright fruit profile and alchohol does not show up on nose or finish (I think its 15% alchohol). Long finish and great with foods. Tasting notes are from night 2. 93+ and would buy again.
