September 17, 2013 - Pale golden yellow in color with no signs of age. Initially closed nose evolving with extended airing into a lovely gorgeous full complex aromas of citric overtones consisting of fresh lemon/lime & grapefruit, apples, some floral notes of jasmine & honeysuckle, roasted nuts, minerals, stony, chalky, buttery, with sweet vanilla & toasted oak undertones. Medium-full bodied with a good concentration of smooth and well developed, mouth filling, unctuous, rich, complex & ripe citrus fruit flavors of lemons/limes, white grapefruit, buttery, minerals, stony, a touch of sweet creamy vanilla and toasted oak in the background. Long lingering and persistent crisp finish. May be at its peak of development with no signs of senility. Should hold there a bit longer if stored properly.
