    October 8, 2013 - There is a big whack of everything going on here - clarified butter, minerals, liinen-soft palate...depth and persistence with a grippy, intense sherbt finish. I was expecting more minerals and a leaner palate - this has a slightly oxidative touch at times.

    Needs some time to open up - as some as have said in previous notes, a decant would not be a bad thing here.

    10/8/13, 1:09 PM - Second glass or second bottle? Just half way through right now - impressive stuff - needs a decant and some serious air. I prefer my Chablis lean and sea-shell-infused. This is a bit fatter.
