  October 13, 2013 - Another Gruet that goes down easy and disappears quickly. Touch of gold color, light and vibrant mousse. Not very aromatic but enough heft on the palate to make it interesting. A little brioche and sourdough. Fantastic with food. Tonight it was grilled shrimp and Indonesian daal, lamb curry, spicy chix and veggies.
