  November 3, 2013 - Medium bodied, translucent crimson color. Earthy aromas of strawberries cherries and plums with some cola notes in the background. A nice measure of terroir driven earthiness on the palate, along with strawberry, spicy plum and cherry cola flavors . Well balanced and nicely assembled. Medium finish, but paired well with herb crusted salmon and sea bass.
