  November 8, 2013 - I agree with an earlier note that the wine is ready to drink at pour. Red cherries, spice and earth on the nose. Smooth palate with spice (allspice) and cherries. It actually worked nicely with grilled vegetables over fresh pasta (with some shredded parm over the top).
