November 15, 2013 - Tasted at a gathering of friends. Six bottles of California Pinot placed in brown bags and labelled with names of some of the favorite movies. The favorite movies named (not mine, mind you),were Twister, Risky Business, Seven, The Usual Suspects, Moonstruck, and Princess Bride.
Notes are from the blind tasting:
The Rhys Home Vineyard Pinot was "Seven."
Light crimson color. Nose of fresh herbs, some tart apple and cherry. Wine is crunchy, showing the use of whole clusters. Like biting into fresh cranberries. Light on its feet, with good acidity and that tart apple note weaving its way along with fresh cherries and basil. When tasted with food (goat cheese and crackers), the wine took on a more fuller profile than when tasted alone.1 person found this helpful 2,254 views

Doubtfully will get much, given the crazy low yields but anyway, it's worth noting how damn good that wine is, errr, I mean the Princess Bride.
