  October 25, 2013 - Friday Night Double Blind Tasting $40+ (Bin 75): Rose, pink rim; tart, rose, candied, green underneath, cranberry, strawberry, rhubarb, fruit roll-up candy, with air the minerality really came out to the forefront and the sweetness subsided, white rocky limestone; tart fruit on the palate with some herbaceous undertones, sweet and youthful, soft tannin but very tightly wound, razor sharp minerality and acidity; love it; 92+; would like to see this in 7 years.
