  December 2, 2013 - In my opinion this wine has reached its maximum age. This bottle was good and, when allowed to open up a while, was enjoyable. It had the characteristics of a well aged Tuscan wine, with dried fruit and hints of earth. It also had a bit of funk which I attribute to a little oxidation. the cork was in good shape. I will drink another soon and see if the results are similar.
