  December 6, 2013 - Really nice Rioja in a modern style. Gorgeous aromas burst forth before I could even pour. Lovely, explosive nose of sweet berry and oak nose flowing into intense palate of bright fruit and sweet oak. I'm not always a fan of heavy oak but this hit the sweet spot with a perfect bullseye. Very nice length, seamless. Fruit dominant with enough acidity, tannin and minerality to hold it all together. Loved it.
