  January 26, 2014 - Starts to hit its stride after about 2 hrs. Needs to be drunk at room temp to show its full potential (chill and allow to warm up). As others have stated this is a round and broader wine but with ample freshness - an attribute of the vintage I suppose.
  
  Shy nose at first. The palate displays green and underripe notes at first as well. As the wine develops the nose comes to life with pineapple, green mango, stems, brush, and a bit of salinity.
