  February 1, 2014 - It's been a while since I drank an Aubert chard. It's different now because the monotonous flavor of lime is gone and so is the cloudiness. The flavor now is a bit more complex featuring pineapple and lemon. It's very intense, very focused very fresh, very focused and the oak is in check. Far from a tropical fruit bomb despite the predominate flavors and clearly California impression.
