  February 17, 2014 - So dark purple in the glass, it almost doesn't reflect any light. It's starting to come together now, with black cherries and somewhat softening tannins. If squid ink is to be found in a bottle of wine, this is indeed that one. Still got a lot of life to it, and wow does it ever fight off the air when it comes to allowance of oxidation.
