March 12, 2014 - Brass. Lemon lime nose. Primary citrus flavors, some bitter stonyness. Tart, edging towards sour (Ei did not like).Not a lot of complexity here. Good acidity, long finsih. Good pairing with both taco salad and shrimp fried rice.
