March 22, 2014 - Popped and poured, followed approximately 1.5 hours. Light gold with a pink tinge, showing a moderate bead which mostly dissipated after about 20 minutes in the glass. On the nose, chalky minerals, red berries, spice, florals, red apple, stone fruit, and a touch of yeast. On the palate, quote round, with moderate acidity, and tastes of red apple, underripe strawberry, mineral, yeast, rounding out the medium length, slightly bitter finish.
