  This went will with a pan fried Hake, but not so much with Southwestern styled Quinoa. While I'd have to disagree with the winery's recommendation of pairing this with spicy dishes, I can see this going well with some lighter cheeses.
  
  Enjoyed in a Riedel Vinum Chardonnay glass. I'll have to try it in a Sauv Blanc glass next time given the tartness and acidity.
