  June 19, 2014 - a developed nose, though quite delineated and vivid aromas of raddish, beek jerky infused blood orange, sweet sous bois, spice, caramel, brown sugar, truffle, autumn leaves and soil tones. Fine and elegant in the mouth, finishing with lively tannin and ends with a touch of spice. Good length with perfectly integrated structure. This was also from a very low fill bottle.
