  July 2, 2014 - Consistent with most of the previous bottles I've tasted, this wine was light brick red, almost tawny color and ripe cherry, raspberry and cranberry with hints of smoke and tea on the nose. The mouth feel brought more ripe red fruits, subtle mocha, mushrooms, forest floor and juicy acidity. The finish was very well balanced with the fruit, earthy notes, acidity and soft tannins all coming together seamlessly.
  
  At $7.49US (yes, that's right), this is an OUTSTANDING value. After the first bottle, I returned to my local wine shop and started buying this by the case. It's great for sharing with friends and certainly good enough for me and my GF to drink ourselves.
