July 12, 2014 - Fourrier vs Rousseau: the Fourrier won this by a couple points, mainly for its combination of complexity, elegance, and medium-full bodied dark fruits. On opening, it didn't show much Gevrey character, but after 2-3 hours, it was classic GC spice nose with savory palate and silky texture which put on weight with air. Fun comparison and I wish I had more of these!
