August 13, 2014 - Champagne & Sushi (Masu, Mpls, MN): medium gold color. Drank 1 glass over 40 minutes. The best bottle to date and the additional bottle time shows. this has always been good, but it has taken on more depth and nuance already. Great nose; intense nose, with earthiness, nutty, almond, wow, mineral, citrus. The palate has excellent energy and weight, but not heavy, toast, citrus, clearly defined and long and caressing on the finish. Love it, my WOTN.
