  August 16, 2014 - Second BC '10 chard. As with the last bottle, I believe this needs to age longer due to racing acidity. Currently drinks like it was just bottled. Nonetheless, there's a lot to like and the acidity worked perfectly for our Thai chicken basil dinner.
  
  Update: After two further days in the wine fridge with a stopper the acidity has decreased a bit, letting some lemon, tart green apple, and under-ripe peach notes shine a wee-bit more. Again, I think this will be excellent with a couple more years. It has the acidity, minerality, and viscosity to last a handful plus of years.
