  August 30, 2014 - Opened to pair with the Goose Mousse Royal Pate, French Brie and water crackers, profuse tiny bubbles and fine mousse in the glass, lots of raspberry fruit, toast, wet shale, with hints of musk melon, more of the same on the palate, touch of bacon fat, tasty and rich on the mid palate with a long finish and terrific aftertaste that made you want more.
