April 4, 2014 - Dinner with Salil (Sun Wah BBQ, Chicago IL): Nose: There is a real high-toned nature to the nose with a lot of florals, nectarines, white peaches, apricots, and green apples. Though this shows more fruit, there is a very good mineral streak underneath.

Taste: Medium bodied with medium+ acidity. The acidity is still very noticeable, but it is refreshing at the same time. The feel is polished and deft with nectarines, white peaches, floral tones, minerals, and bits of apricots.

Overall: This was a beautiful Donnhoff. There is still a lot of youth and freshness to this, but it does show off the balance of some maturity.
