  September 13, 2014 - Huet tasting Sec, Demi-Sec and Moelleux from different vintages (Andis Home): Colour: Light yellow
  Nose: Firstly again this very conspicuous mix of confectioner's sugar mixed with vanillin. Then more orange & lemon aromas than in the Sec. Also pear and kumquat.
  Palate: The higher sugar level is good for the wine. Give it a bit more roundness & brighter shoulders. Good acidity which keeps everything in balance. Again a nice spicy, ginger note on the mid-palate. Medium+ body. Medium finish.
