September 19, 2014 - Popped and poured on Friday night but no one wanted white wine, so recorked, brought home, put in the refrgerator, and ten forgotten until Tuesday.
Friday - Creamy, white fruit, chardonnay grape, excellent depth and breadth on the tongue, whith a bit of citrus.
Tuesday - Floral nose. Seems more acidic with higher citrus component and some light tart apple. a tiny bit of buttered popcorn. Ritchie always seems to have a higher degree of minerality than other Aubert chardonnays and that's here. A bit of oak on the back end but it resolved a bit compared to when it first opened. Not a fruit driven wine. Long finish.3,451 views
