  November 5, 2014 - Closed nose, very tight (newly deg.?) with lemon juice and some small hints of bread and stony smoke in the background. Maybe pineapple somewhere underneath.
  
  Feels extremly young on the palate. Acid cuts right through and is followed by some grapefruit bitterness. Red currant is dominant. Dry and "cold" finish. Must be a 2008 base since the acid is hard core. Gets better after some time in the glas with lime and sweet liquorice.
  
  Obviously this needs time for newly deg. Stylistically pure and I am fond of it. Not sure about the price though (paid approx. 40 euros)
