  September 1, 2007 - Private dinner with friends. (@ PVa): This is a beauty of a wine. In the bouquet the Bordeaux blend is very clear. In the mouth it offers a lot of complexity, but the fruit is riper than in Bordeaux. The wine is sweeter compared to Bordeaux (which is my reference), and I do not always like that. But in this wine, with its complexity and constitution, everything is in perfect harmony. Now I know I need to drink more of the better American wines.
