  December 2, 2014 - Perfectly balanced and elegant sauternes. Doesn't feel full bodied, it glides on the palate, very graceful entry. Very, very perfumed with incredible depth of aromas and flavors - toasted coconut, apricot, poached pear, dried fig. Quite fresh. A versatile sauternes that can also be enjoyed with lighter entrees - roasted fish and roasted poultry.
