January 1, 2015 - I preferred the opening profile, which was at a cool cellar temp. Graphite, tar and dark cherries. It became less elegant, gaining considerable heat and a little tannic structure. The wife says "it became more integrated. Early it was wood, then fruit, now they hit you at the same time." I did like the late leather notes. This wine is certainly not near the end of it's days. I'd hold my last until 2016 or later.
