  January 18, 2015 - i opened the first night and tried to taste w/ the last of the Ramey '07 Napa from the night before ... could not drink the Rollat. I put it aside and waited to the second night ... still could not drink it. it was not a bottle funk, just a cab that never fully came together (maybe a one-bottle outlier, but disappointing)
