  January 24, 2015 - Very dark core, light slightly bricked rim.
  Rich and earthy, black plums, faintly fruit cake, fragrant but smooth.
  Medium weight, lovely balance, finishes with crisp acidity and long lush soft tannins. Delicious rich fruitcake, plums, earthy, amazing intensity and life. Absolutely delicious.
