  January 31, 2015 - Blanco brought to my house for dinner. Medium garnet color. I didn't notice any particular signs of age. Nose of red fruit, some leather and earth. Still some fruit here--cherries & strawberries--but overwhelming notes of earth, and other tertiary elements. Some acidity, tannins mostly resolved. An elegant, earthy wine that showed very nicely. Quite enjoyable
