March 14, 2015 - Red Blends on a Saturday afternoon (Loretta Paganini School of Cooking): This has a great nose. Complex and earthy. Raspberries, Chambord, spice and an earthy notes. Complex. Medium bodied. Still young but really drinking well now. A few more years to go from peak but no harm checking in now. Lots of red fruit with a nice depth. Very food friendly.
