  June 18, 2015 - This wine was opened and poured with minimal decanting. Tonight, this bottle was amazing. Clear and still a very youthful deep purple in colour with a nose of dark cherries and some caramel. Those same notes were in the glass as well and the acidity and tannins have settled down into what is now a subperbly balanced wine that seems to be in a wonderful drinking window right now.
