December 11, 2015 - Superb wine rich notes of orange and wet stone on the palate multiple layers of citrus, minerals, honey and a long creamy finish.

12/11/15, 11:52 PM - Thanks for your note and rating. We also share a supreme fondness for Kistler. We note the comment "...wet stone on the palate". We would be curious as to what you mean as we doubt, albeit we could be wrong, that you eat/sip "wet stones" :-). Seriously, we are curious as we note quite a few people use that expression. We can appreciate the earthy wet stone aromas...we actually practiced as we are not, by nurture or nature, outdoors people. But, we have yet to lick, sip, suck or taste "wet stones". We are not trying to poke fun...we seriously would like to hear your take on the subject. Many thanks in advance. Kistler rocks ;-)
