The palate is full-bodied, light on its feet with an attractive gripping texture coming from the wood. Flavors of red cherry, raspberry, red licorice, smoke, cowhide leather, clove, and black peppercorns. Balanced, meaty, sumptuous. Drink now until 2025. 92+
