May 21, 2016 - - Garnet color and aromas of blackberry and black currant. It's somewhat balanced and has flavours of oak, smokey and mushroom with a light/medium body. Narrow texture with a short finish - Woody, earthy, limited complexity, black fruits, proper acid balance is best thing going for this wine.

5/22/16, 12:19 PM - Many of the 2007 vintages best wines are horribly shut down right now. I am not touching any of them for awhile. Somehow I can get behind some of the mountain 2006 cabs but only after a long decant. Too bad this didn't show better. when young this sung nicely with berries and milk chocolate. Hopefully it will come out of the great sleep intact but different.
