November 25, 2016 - My final bottle of this wine, was opened yesterday and am using the final pour today for this note. This is chilled, allowing it to warm to get a broad look. This bottle, whether it be the amount of air I gave it or bottle variation, maybe both......this bottle tastes different than the bottle last month. This has plenty of lemony acidity, saline, really terrific texture, little creamy pineapple. It does have the toasty quality of the previous bottle but it does have a cool slate, saline cord which shows delicious. I assume this will age well and evolve nicely.

11/25/16, 8:39 PM - I have to wonder about bottle variation on this wine. My note from 10/29 is much the same sentiment as yours from 10/27. Good to see that a different bottle is performing well... I have another left.
