  February 13, 2008 - Flock - 2000 Bordeaux Tasting (Dr. Tom's): Killer, full, open nose has black fruit, tar, herbs and smoky minerals. Lush palate has rich fruit with minerals, spice and pencil lead. Fine tannins add balance and grip. Powerful and elegant. Long with layers of complexity and delicious, rich fruit. My #3, Group #2.
